Bromhexine HCL                 0.5 mg

Vit. K3                                  3 mg

Vit. B6                                  5 mg

DESCRIPTION :

Amoxicillin : It is rapidly absorbed after oral administration.It demonstrate a low capicity for protein -binding and is widely distributed in various tissues after absorption.Amoxicillin like all beta-lactam anti-biotics,prevents the bacterial cell wall from forming by interfering with the final state of peptidoglycan synthesis ,Amoxicillin inhibits the activity of the transpeptidase and other peptidoglycan active enzymes which catalyses the cross-linkage of the glycopeptides polymer units.This leads to the rupture of cytoplasmic membrane through the weakened section and formation of a spheroplast .The drug excerts bactericidal action only in growing cells i.e,cells with an undergoing cell wall synthesis.

Bromhexine:decreases mucus viscosity by increasing lysosomal activity this increased lysosomal activity enhances hydrolysis of acid mucopolysaccharide.Polymers which significantly contribute to normal mucus viscosity.

FEEDING SCHEDULE :

Prevention : 1 gm /2 to 4  ltr  ( 3 to 5 days )

Treatment  :  1 gm / 1 to 2 ltr (3 to 5 days )or as a directed by the veterinary practitoner.
